1. Products & Availability

Our selection includes both ready-made items and items that are finished or sewn after the order is placed. This production stage may extend the delivery time by approximately 1–3 business days.

Product availability may depend on fabric availability, and in rare cases an item may need to be cancelled if the required material is no longer obtainable.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variations of fabrics.

2. Pricing

All prices include VAT in accordance with Finnish tax law.
Shipping costs are added at checkout unless free shipping applies.

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Most credit/debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping

We ship to Finland and EU countries.

Tracking is included in all shipments and you will receive the tracking number via email. 

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email after placing an order.

6. Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information and ensure they can receive delivery.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
