Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover return postage fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags and packaging included

We may refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund processing time is 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
